Powell unequivocally says that he is serious about implementing the Fed\u2019s new thinking, but the marketeers are skeptical about its determination. At this point, even the ones who are adept at calling markets are clearly just making guesses because we are travelling on a new road and trying to outsmart the Fed is a fool\u2019s errand.
