Renowned investor Jeremy Grantham recently made headlines by commenting that the world is in the \u201cearly stages of running out of raw materials\u201d and that we\u2019d better get used to \u201cbottlenecks, shortages and price spikes\u201d. Grantham further remarked that rising interest rates and inflation would leave \u201cgrowth\u201d equities vulnerable to correction while \u201cvalue\u201d stocks should be more attractive.
